The Rosy Wrench does not surprise clients with extra items on the bill. We don't exercise creative license without the consent of our clients. We don't abandon projects because they're boring or the client is too picky.
Everybody makes mistakes. If we order the wrong part that's non-returnable, or spray the wrong color, or lose a nut or bolt, we don't charge you for the fix. That's on us.
We don't accept a project only to cut corners in order to get it out the door as quickly as possible. We treat each build like our own. We keep body filler to a minimum (no greater than 1/8"), we clean everything inside and out, we contract other pros when necessary, and we do our best to stick to your vision.
Yes we do oil changes and brake jobs and coolant flushes etc. But that's not our primary business. We typically do those things as part of a larger package of restoration services. If you're an existing client, we will accommodate your vehicles for such things, but we don't stand at the entry twirling a sign advertising oil changes and AC charges.
